Sometimes I can't find any useful information about artists. I have to just vibe to the tune, the way I normally have—hit play, wait for it and BAM! Decide whether I love it or not; whether I continue to listen or whether I skip to the next selection.
"Stairs," by Adam Clark and Ginormous Seahorse is nonstop movement that I can't escape. It's her thighs swaying as she walks circles around me, without even knowing it. Her scent left behind in a tornadoesque trail, enticing me to follow it with every inhalation.
Groove. That's what this jam has that I love. That swaying of perfect hips as they seem to float above land, water, dance floor and the heavens.
Drums. They're solid. They have that in-the-box sound to them. The one where the transients get compressed and they sound a bit gritty in vibe.
It's a slow-paced buildup that's not meant to walk too fast. If what they say about alpha males never being in a rush is true, then this is an alpha male of a tune that surely marches to the beat of its own drum.
