Why do we like this?

I've listened to this track a good 10 times now and with each subsequent play it grows on me.

I'm struggling to find a lot any information about Detroit-based Gerrand, but what I can tell you is that "Boarding Pass" was released as part of a nine track EP (or album?) titled Transcend: The Quest of A Goldminder.
