Why do we like this?

The newly formed Gently Tender (made up of members from the now broken up Palma Violets and The Big Moon) have only released three singles so far.

The newest single "Some Hard Advice" is a masterful guitar pop track. Sam Fryer, the bands front man, reallly explores his vocal range in this new single. With a dramatic and somewhat melancholic vocal breakdown functioning as a bridge into the dreamy guitar solo, the band are able to echo the deep sentiment of reflection in the lyrics.

With hints of soul and folk combined with a dab of reverberated guitar pop and Celia Archer's tender backing vocals, this track is a must listen for anyone who just wants to sit back and think about the days gone by.
