Why do we like this?

With an impressive habit for releasing outstanding singles, it is perhaps no surprise that dream pop duo GEMS' latest offering, "Ephemera," is an absolutely divine proposition.

Featured on the duo's debut EP Medusa, which is out today, "Ephemera" has a majestic allure attached to it that commands the listener's undivided attention. Like an enchanting fairy tale, the track glides gracefully with gorgeous synths and expansive textures that glisten beneath Lindsay Pitts' heavenly vocals.

A Greek term, ephemera refers to something that is only important for a short amount of time, and never intended to be preserved; however, I'm quite certain that GEMS version will be seen as eternally beautiful.
