Why do we like this?

"Got You Well" is the haunting new single from Canadian songwriter Gabrielle Papillon. 

Taken from this year's The Tempest Of Old album, "Got You Well" is a solid folksy number that ramps things up near the one-minute mark. Papillon's delicate vocals and light instrumentation are joined by church group harmonies, heavy guitars, and good old fashioned violin. 

There are touches of Regina Spektor and Angel Olsen in Papillon's sound, with her honest lyrical content and captivating voice helping her rise to her peer's level.
