Fyfe has just released a stellar collaboration with New Zealand's Kimbra, entitled "Belong" -- the first official single from his forthcoming second record, The Space Between (due out June 9). Intricately produced and effortlessly melodic, "Belong" describes:
"the desire to find purpose in a transient life. A relationship can be helpful or a hinderance in terms of understanding who you are and ‘Belong’ is documenting someone starting to pose those questions, rather than providing the answers", says Fyfe.
Fyfe has constantly been an artist who expands on, and explores some of the harder topics -- such as death, and loss. All the while packaging his heart-wrenching storylines in simply wonderful, vibrant soundscapes. Kimbra's maturity and flare for palate-able pop, from debut "Settle Down," is the perfect addition to this track.
