"Nobody" is the debut track from Leeds, England electronica producer Fwar. This piece is a thoughtful introduction to his introspective and animalistic sound, and this small taste leaves me wanting more already.
The relentlessly rhythmic creation is characterized by primitive, jungle-inspired percussion and hypnotic vocals that snake through melodic bells.
While it's quite pleasing to the ear, Fwar communicates that the intention of the track is more mentally stimulating. According to the producer:
“I wanted for the synthesizers to talk; to tell us how they feel despite their lack of worded-language which reflects the lyrical content. The percussive elements have an intent confidence that aims to mirror the way we want to feel about ourselves. With the hypnotic bell lines & drones I wanted to offer the listener the opportunity to zone out and reflect internally."
