Producer extraordinaire Madlib always seems to be at his strongest in collaborations, and Freddie Gibbs is clearly a favourite of his.
Following up 2011's excellent Thuggin EP is the Shame EP, which maintains the high standards this duo have previously set. It also continues the successful formula of Gibbs supplying a couple of verses over Madlib's of jazzy soul samples.
