Why do we like this?
Admittedly this song is sad. In fact, it's so sad that I wasn't going to post it as Song of the Day. But then it got stuck in my head, and I just couldn't stop looping the chorus.
Typhoon is normally known for orchestral / upbeat folk music, but on this cover of Frank Ocean's "Thinking About You" the band takes a whole new emotional approach. The results are pretty darn beautiful -- and ultimately I had to cave in and share.
On that note, I'm going to bundle up in a corner and cry (jk, I'm going to go drink summer beers on the riverbank in Berlin).
