Why do we like this?
Polaris at Noon continues their successful foray into the world of remixes, taking on Foster The People's smash hit "Pumped Up Kicks." The track features heavy addition of synth-work, reminiscent of a number of tracks I've heard produced by Chromeo.
While the song itself has been remixed countless times already, I'm going to go out on a limb and say that this is the danciest version I've heard yet.
If you're in LA, you can catch Foster The People this weekend at the El Rey. After that, they're headed to Europe and Australia for a month to play at a number of festivals. Pretty sure I'd consider that a massive success given they were virtually unknown a year back.
