Why do we like this?

Eargasm! That's exactly what this latest remix from Mansions on the Moon equates to. Taking Foster the People's "Life On The Nickel" and providing it with a completely new synth-laden landscape is no small accomplishment. Particularly in light of the fact that when I saw Foster the People play the song live a week ago, it was one of their most energetic tracks.

This is the second remix I've heard featuring Mansions on the Moon (the first was done by Xaphoon Jones). That one was fatnastic, so I believe that makes them 2/2 in my books. Their next EP Lightyears is set to be released in November, so we'll be keeping our eyes out.
