Why do we like this?

I found it quite hard to decide what other artists Fono sounds like because to be honest, this track is pretty distinctive. Until I heard "Real Joy," I had never heard of Fono, and I doubt you would have either.

The single made its way into the hands of a limited few DJs, two of which happened to be Skream and Zinc, which as co-signs go, couldn’t have been a better catalyst for what’s quickly becoming a staple in the sets of Annie Mac, Pete Tong, Lxury, Redlight, and My Nu Leng -- to name a few. 

"Real Joy" will receive a very limited 12” vinyl release and be available digitally from Beatport on March 23. However, the trajectory of this track is unlikely to stop there.

As far as house music goes, this one is a game changer.
