Why do we like this?
One of the few combinations that I had expected to hear was the slowed-down math-rock of Foals and a sick dubstep beat, but here we are with Bar 9's remix of "Spanish Sahara". The original song, off Foals' Total Life Forever, featured a slow build-up that climaxed about 5 minutes into the song.
A series of remixes quickly flooded the internet but none, in my opinion, were able to one-up the original. The only reason that Bar 9 manages to do something worthy here is that he took the original track and turned it on its head. In my book, that's usually a formula for success.
