Why do we like this?

The title of this song, "Weeks Of Rain," vaguely reminds me of the book I'm reading at the moment, Cormac McCarthy's The Road. It's about a boy and his father and life in a dreary apocalypse, so pretty much the opposite of FNP's song.

For anyone listening who is wondering what that sweaty taste in their mouth is, that's Italo Disco, a brand of dance music out of Italy during the '80s, which this song pays homage to.

It's very Studio 54, but probably a bit more Vice City. Either way, it's a hit.
