Why do we like this?
After moving from Texas to New York to the sunny side of California -- making music, touring, and internalizing influences spanning from The Yardbirds to Neil Young all the while -- Flowerglass is ready to share a sensitive sound that is all their own.

With gorgeously harmonized falsettos, Flowerglass gives us a taste of their emotive tone with their new single, "Spirit." The first single off of Flowerglass's second EP, Flowerglass Presents: Ursulines,  "Spirit" was recorded in Springfield, MO by Jonathan James of Someone Still Loves You Boris Yeltsin.

This devastatingly hypnotizing track combines elusive falsettos, minimal and maximal instrumentals, a boy and girl love story, and a dark cries for comfort that will have you nodding your head in enjoyment while pressing repeat over and over again. With a experimental vision that's concise and liberated by -- but decidedly not indebted to -- the understated nature of the indie folk genre, Flowerglass invites their listeners into a world littered with road maps, lost souls, and hopeful romantics.

Watch the brand new video for "Spirit," filmed by L.A.-based cinematographer Katelin Arizmendi and directed by Flowerglass lead singer, Scarlet Moreno.
