Why do we like this?

This track is smooth as butter. So smooth, in fact, that I almost glossed over it. But... I keep coming back to it again and again. Which means the song title is probably spot on: "One More Time" will likely have you coming back again and again.

I don't actually know too much about this German producer. I've listened to a good bit of his discography and it's mostly upbeat house stuff. So, this one seems to depart a little bit from the mould, and maybe that'll be a good thing in terms of grabbing attention.
