Why do we like this?

"oh my love" is a song from singer-songwriter and innovator FKA Twig's latest mixtape, Caprisongs. Lyrically the song focuses on a relationship in which one person wants something more serious than the other, with an overarching message about loving yourself and not settling for someone who does not want the same things as you.

Like many of the songs on Caprisongs, "oh my love" is a fun and danceable track, despite the heartfelt lyrics. The instrumental embraces elements of dance and electronic music, while Twigs' vocals are as catchy and empowering as ever.
