That chime in the beginning. The progression goes distinctly off-key with its second note, putting my ears on edge. It repeats throughout the song (though at times barely detectable), making my first listen of the song thoroughly unfocused.
Flash forward to the second listen and I was able to enjoy the song significantly more: both because I'd come to terms with that discordant key, and because I made the decision to focus on the rest of the instrumentation.
Net-net, this young producer clearly has lots of potential. And in light of that, his track is certainly worth a share.
