After premiering the title track from his forthcoming album, "Pure Comedy," last week, Father John Misty has shared another track in the form of "Two Wildly Different Perspectives."
Misty gets political on the piano ballad as addresses the differing opinions being mooted by those controlling the American Government.
The track is accompanied by another video, once again shot by Matthew Daniel Siskin, showing young children of different ethnicities playing with toy guns, scenes from video games of guns and real life footage of guns being shot. The video was captioned with the comment;
“More kids are going to die now thanks to the unbelievably selfish immigration policy of places like Saudi Arabia and the USA.”
Pure Comedy is set for release April 7.
