Why do we like this?

Father John Misty continues to hype the release of his forthcoming album, Pure Comedy, with third single "Ballad Of The Dying Man."

Combining a flighty acoustic guitar and uptempo piano line, "Ballad Of The Dying Man" is easily the most positive sounding of the four singles, despite Misty singing about a self-absorbed man facing death. 

This is another worthy demonstration of Misty's dark, humorous lyrics matched by the pleasant, 70s styled arrangements -- making Pure Comedy one of 2017s most anticipated albums.
