Empire of the Sun delivers a reflective sunrise of a track with "Cherry Blossom."

"Cherry Blossom" references synesthesia within its lyrics, and I feel like that word describes everything about this song so, so well. It sounds melded and moulded, put together from a collection of waves, flows, and beams. I am so happy Empire of the Sun are back, and I get to hear their synthy gooeyness again and again.

"Cherry Blossom" is quintessentially Empire of the Sun, a great starter to the main course of their discography, and I am excited for fans and new listeners to hear this track.
