Oh, the youth flashbacks have been hitting me quite hard with my weekly discoveries and "Body & Soul" is the perfect little top layer for my youthful dreamscape.

A summer r&b jam, the slow soulful vocals are flirtatiously inviting. Biig Piig adds a stronger almost contrasting verbal experience of the lead narrative. These are two people flirting in two vastly different ways. The experience of these two songbirds changes based on whose voice you're following, each one has intentions of their own.

Outside of narrative, the song is vibing in a way that I've really missed since the switch in the pop r&b music aesthetic of the 2000s. It's a happy feeling, a good feeling, a social feeling, and an all-around vibey vibe.
