The Piano Got Reverb


I love it when a remix makes something unrecognizable! The amount of times I've searched for remixes of songs that fundamentally change the genre and feel of a song is pretty insane and Maya Jane has left me perfectly satisfied.

The remix of "Rodeo" transforms a very chilled Sunday-like piano song into a hypnotizing housey-based track that leaves me bopping just enough to still warrant my caffeine top-up. Not only does this song take me to those forever-missed landscapes of trance and house festivals, but it makes me want to be there once more.

The song is inviting in its composition, never letting you feel overhyped or incapable of moving to it. It's a genuinely well-designed deep house track that had me putting my feathers on. I'm ready; my dancefloor awaits.
