Why do we like this?

Tropical chillwave? Not sure I've put a song in that category before, but ODESZA seems to have forged a path.

The song comes off Emancipator's upcoming Dusk To Dawn Remixes album, out next week via Loci Records. It's probably the highlight from the lot, but that's little surprise given that ODESZA have forged a name for themselves as being nothing but awesome.

For me the best moment of this remix comes around the 1:30 mark. That transition in and of itself qualifies this to be Song of the Day.
