2018 is set to be a massive year for LA producer and artist Elohim. Slated to appear a festivals such as Coachella and Bonnaroo as well as embarking on a nation wide American tour in March, the mysterious Elohim is also releasing her debut album. To celebrate everything that's going on in her hectic life Elohim has dropped new single "Fuck Your Money."
The opening stanza features a vibrant, hand clap sampling beat that explodes into a circus sideshow of synths and Elohim's catchy, "I got love, fuck your money," hook. This is another track that showcases Elohim's diversity as an artist as well as her love for pop music. Talking about the inspiration behind the track Elohim says;
“I grew up with very little money. my parents put all of their focus on our well being; learning the joy of music, feeding us organic food, and living a life full of LOVE. We didn’t have the fancy cars, the nice houses or expensive possessions. when my mom could feel my sadness as i discovered we were 'different' from other families, she’d remind me, 'we are rich with love.' I didn't fully grasp the incredible importance of those words until recently. Love has become my main focus in life and i now know how priceless it truly is."
