Why do we like this?

A couple days back Ellie uploaded this acoustic version of "Need Your Love" to her SoundCloud. The original, for which much credit is owed to Calvin Harris, ranks among of my favorite Ellie Goulding songs of all time.

So, you can imagine that it'd be pretty hard to mess this one up. And while Ellie's approach to this acoustic rendition isn't exactly mind-blowing, I find that it hits the spot sufficiently enough that -- given the slow weekend -- I'm going to elevate it to Song of the Day.
