Why do we like this?

We've featured El Ten Eleven on this site numerous times over the duo's near two decade career and are happy to report they are back making new music.

Three years on since the release of their last album, Fast Forward, the LA band have announced their new long player, Banker's Hill, will be released this coming August. To celebrate the announcement the band have dropped the ridiculously melodic single "Phenomenal Problems."

Kristian Dunn (bass and guitar) and Tim Fogarty (drums) utilize loop peddles to construct the massive soundscapes you hear throughout the blistering "Phenomenal Problems." The track goes through a number of metamorphosis, starting out as a flurry of guitars before mutating into a Daft Punk-esque party that ends in a hailstorm of euphoric noise.

Put simply it's a stunning tune and well worth a listen. Here's hoping the album is just as engrossing.

Banker's Hill is set for release August 10.
