Why do we like this?
So I don't quite know what sort of potions they drink over in the Nordic countries, but whatever it is, it's working, because they regularly produce some of the most beautiful music.
Joining the ranks of some of my favorite artists from that particular part of the world -- such as Elias, Gundelach and Kill J -- Icelandic singer-songwriter, and producer EinarIndra has mastered a perfectly balanced mix of smooth electronics and gorgeous vocal manipulation.
"Sometimes I'm Wrong" features retro synth sounds, falsetto vocals, and multilayered beats and textures that all combine to create an atmosphere very similar to James Vincent McMorrows' newer music. Perfectly melancholic.
Keep up with him on Facebook and SoundCloud for more of the same.
