Edward Sharpe have released the second track off their upcoming album, following up last month's "Better Days."
"This Life" is an emotional and bluesy ballad -- perhaps the most downtempo and thoughtful track we've heard from the band to date. It teeters on leaving me slightly depressed, but ultimately I come away from this music feeling pretty optimistic.
The band's self-titled studio album is due July 23rd via Community Music.
