Why do we like this?

If you like your electronica sparse, experimental and dreamy then look no further than British born ECKOES. Having released a number of quality tracks over the past 12 months the gifted artist is back with the swelling urban number "Pieces."

Very much in the vein of the dark R&B feels of FKA Twigs, "Pieces" is a well-constructed soul-infused pop song detailing "what happens when the emotional fortifications we build around ourselves in a city teeming with life shatter after meaningful human encounters."

I really like the production on "Pieces." There's an undercurrent of dread bubbling under the dreamy electronica pairing well with ECKOES strong yet vulnerable vocals.
