Why do we like this?

I've got a soft spot for songs that are hard to digest on their first listen.

Case in point: Easy Life's "Ice Cream," a complex song that twists and turns through a crowded instrumental landscape and manages to emerge with something cohesive.

Granted, I'm not entirely sure what that last sentence means, suffice to say that it's a positive assessment.

This one's out via Island Records, a pretty strong stamp of approval. Listen to the full Creature Habits Mixtape here.
