The second Indie Shuffle premiere from Eagles & Butterflies' latest album, The Butterfly Effect, is a track called "The Mind."
True to EB's style, "The Mind" is a journey of sonic nature. It's built on a bed of lucious melodies and atmospheric pads, puncuated with a vocal line about the mind, reminding us, "what we think, we become."
It's a slow-burner with a fusion of hip-hop and house— it's progressive, chill, and delicate as it is hard-hitting.
The Butterfly Effect is available now via Beatport in all its original glory. Expect some remixes from Dinky (Vision Quest), Toen of Arce (No19), John Tejada (Kompakt), Cascandy (Monaberry) and Basti Grub (Desolate) some time in May.
