Why do we like this?

"Who Are You" is the title track off E Ruscha V's first full length album under the artist's new alias. But Ed Ruscha, the man behind the release, is actually a veteran of both the music and art world. He's been a part of several other musical outfits over the years including Future Pigeon and Secret Circuit.

This new solo project is shaping up to be a gorgeous showcase of the artist's talent for electronic production. Both cozy and bubbly, the track sports downtempo elements that work together to create a serene soundscape of sparkling gestures. The song is a day at the beach pristinely packaged into a 16-bit video game.
