Why do we like this?

With their sophomore album, Black Rat, unleashed today, Aussie indie rock duo DZ Deathrays have dropped brand new single, "Reflective Skull," and it's a bloody winner!

Shane Parsons' crunching guitar riff melds wickedly with Simon Ridley's heavy skin hitting, with Parsons' howling vocals bringing "Reflective Skull" full circle.

This tune is another sign of the lads' musical maturity and ambition, and I urge anyone that gets the chance to see them on their upcoming tours, both in Europe and Australia, to grab hold of the opportunity, because it's not just a gig, it's a musical experience.

Black Rat is out now.
