Why do we like this?

With soothingly-alluring chords and vocals, DYAN's new record "St. James" has made its way on my list of songs that I'm definitely going to replay the fuck out of. Everything this record offers is top-notch. Like that guitar solo for example… damn.

"I wrote the songs on Looking For Knives during my marriage, divorce, and the subsequent relationship that led to a pregnancy which was shrouded in both fear and joy. The album was co-produced with my film-scoring partner and ex-husband, Samuel Jones (we have been writing music for film and television since 2010 and together play most of the instruments on the album). Daniel Dorff Jr, my boyfriend and father to our son, rounds out our trio on drums and keyboards."
