Why do we like this?
Displaying a new depth to his talent, Werkha dropped an impressive remix of Dutch Uncles' "Fester."
Tom Leah, a.k.a Werkha, has expanded his sound quite a lot since the minimal bliss of "Silk" (available for exclusive download via Indie Shuffle!) "Cube & Puzzle" also blew us away with its melting pot of styles, and the young producer has transfered all that melodic/African/bass action to the indie pop roots of "Fester."
Werkha's method is a fearless exploration of depth and texture. It's amazing that it's so flawless, and yet so experimental. He's moving right up there with the who-to-watch producers' you'll definitely want to keep your ears tuned to Werkha.
