We featured the gorgeous music of Dustin Tebbutt a few months back with his single "The Breach," a track that announced the talented folk musician as an artist to watch out for. After substantial radio play and over 100k spins on SoundCloud, he just released his debut EPover the weekend.
The feature single for the release is "Where I Find You," another track that goes a long way to solidify Tebbutt as one of the most promising folk artists this country has to offer. Subtle to start, it builds slowly, but maintains a gentle, dreamy perspective throughout. In my earlier review, I mentioned his ability to generate a gorgeous warmth in his music, and nothing's changed on this one. It's simple in its delivery -- vocals, guitar and not much else -- but good folk music shouldn't be complicated, especially when you have a voice like Tebbutt's!
The Breach can be found in full here, while you can also enjoy a video for "Where I Find You" below, which includes footage of NASA spacecraft, frozen water, and the mechanics of watches.

I'll be first to admit that I'm a bit of a music snob. When a song I like becomes too popular, I've been known to turn my back on the artist. There's been plenty of examples of my hating, and Sydney singer/songwriter Matt Corby has received more tha...
