Sounds like:
Huxley,
Justin Martin,
George FitzGerald
Why do we like this?
Deep house is really starting to dominate clubs in the UK, and Londoners Dusky have quickly risen to the forefront of the scene.
With tracks like "Dummy," it's not hard to see why. Combining a deep, almost menacing bass line with high, tense strings, this one is all about the suspense. And that certainly works a treat on the dance floor, as this correspondent can attest to.
"Dummy" is the highlight of the Nobody Else EP, which has just come out on Aus. But we'd really recommend checking out the whole EP; it's one of the best deep house productions this year.
