Why do we like this?
There's not much information available about DNKL, other than that they're Swedish, there's three of them, they make electronic pop music, and they've just released their first song, "Hunt," which seems to have been well received by the music blogosphere.
To describe their sound, I thought I'd just include the notes I scribbled down while I was listening, as they seem to speak quite succinctly for the tune you're hearing: "Piano, percussion, pop-synth; haunting, moody, echoes."
I really like this tune and think it shows great potential for the trio, and I can't wait to hear what follows. This track is also available for free download via their SoundCloud.
