Why do we like this?

Eight months have gone by, and I am still not over Dirty Nice's "This is Gonna Hurt" a psych-pop extravaganza that has my feet twiddling and my heart racing, if only from melancholia.

Joyous Indie Pop and Alt-Rock slam into each other like an epiphany with "This is Gonna Hurt" a self-reflective and deeply absurd track, that upon its release had snuck into my mind and hasn't left since then. It's a staple in all my day walk tracks and it should be a staple at every home-based get-together.

Surrenderland is Dirty Nice's new album and with this song alone I am already sold on all of their new sounds.
