Why do we like this?
Diamond Thug has come a long way since their inception, and it shows. "Long Way" was recorded at Converse Rubber Tracks in Boston, and it's a culmination of all the hard work this band has put into their art.
Chantel Van T's vocals are like smooth honey to your ear drums, while the track as a whole makes me think of relaxing on velvet chairs in a smokey, dimly lit whiskey lounge.
"Long Way" is laid-back yet uptempo, and is a joy to listen to. From dark synths to melodic guitar, this has to be one of my favorite songs they've made to date.
