Berlin-based Deaths have just dropped their debut 4-track EP called Under Old Sun - and what a collection of songs it is!
I can honestly say I'm inlove with the whole EP, but my standout favorite is "Mute Kids," a stark, uniquely beautiful track which takes you on a rather brooding trip through dark synths, forlorn spaces, and hopeless melodies.
It plods, but not badly. It drags, but not too much.
The perfect winter anthem.
I wish I could say more, but this song truly needs to be appreciated in your own way. Listen, with good headphones, good wine, and no distractions. And then follow them on all of the socials. Facebook and SoundCloud. You know the drill.
