Wow, this track is ridonkulous! When I first saw Scarlett Johansson and Massive Attack in the same song line, I had no clue what to think. Obviously I was a little bit skeptical.
Fortunately this cover of Gershwin's classic song "Summertime" represents a complete head-turn. What a spooky, awesome collaboration!
Joined by Tim Goldsworthy of LCD Soundsystem and DFA, the song is part of the soundtrack for Everardo Valerio Gout's upcoming film Days of Grace. If a song along has ever gotten me excited to see a movie, this has to be it.
