Alright, so let's get the main point out of the way: this song is an absolute bop! Beyond the narrative fact of the story being slightly melancholic...the song itself is a bop.

Ok so here is a weird analogy (as per usual): you know the moment when you're petsitting or looking after a house and that house is HUGE and you just jam down the hallways? Yes, that moment we've all obviously had. Well, this song makes me want to do that, but at the same time you're also setting fire to the house (oh the escalation.)

"The Fire" is a great little addition to any sad pop track, but also just a really good vibe. It's not just a sad trip, but the most joyful sad trip you can think of. Enjoy!
