Why do we like this?

Even if you don't appreciate Dan Snaith's work as either Daphni or Caribou, there is no denying his astonishing knowledge of music (and his creativity with it). In addition to his wonderful 1000 Songs mixtape, this little edit he's just put out further demonstrates these two qualities in abundance.

Although he's not claiming authorial input, it certainly took something to firstly find, and secondly to put together Usha Uthup's "Main Gul Badan" and Alex Israel's "Colugo." The two tracks fit perfectly.

So even if, unlike us, you aren't a fan, you still have to admire Snaith. Even better, he's giving it away for free -- just head over to SoundCloud.
