Why do we like this?

Portuguese Bend's cover of Daniel Johnston's "True Love Will Find You In The End" is a grunge-filled rendition complete with distortion and tambourine.

It's easy to love Daniel Johnston, but it sure isn't as easy to do one of his songs justice. Portuguese Bend took on that challenge with ease by making this track their own, with a harder, more progressive approach.

From start to finish, this cover comes in and out blazing, lending a refreshing new perspective on what could be considered the stripped-down sound that Daniel Johnston is so well known for.
