Back in November of last year, an amazing Dutch producer by the name Joris Voorn caught my attention with a single called "Ringo." Since then, he's been high on my radar, which means by proxy that his label Rejected, founded in 2006, has also been up there.
As a Canadian, it might come as a surprise that Daniel Dubb is releasing via Rejected, an imprint halfway across the world. But, given than his approach to production in many ways embodies the principles held up by Joris, it actually ends up making quite a lot of sense.
"Movin On" is a simple, slow-burning minimal house track that ebbs and flows through a little over four minutes of electronic bliss. It'll appear on his upcoming album Pieces Of The Past, which you can grab via Beatport.
