Why do we like this?
We're a couple of weeks away from the release of Dale Earnhardt Jr. Jr.'s second album The Speed Of Things, so it's only natural that we get a little teaser beforehand. "Don't Tell Me" is the fifth song to date that we've heard from the album, which is shaping up to be a pretty classy product thus far.
This really is just good fun indie pop that's meant to be enjoyed by the masses. There's never anything complicated with Dale Earnhardt Jr. Jr.'s music; it's delightfully simple and upbeat. Funny enough, the guys have been playing this single live for about two years now and only now decided to include it in the album!
Speed of Things will be released October 8. Get excited!
