Why do we like this?

"Something About Us," one of the most underrated (in my opinion) Daft Punk tracks from Discovery, has received this snazzy cover by L.A. producer Spazzkid. 

I say snazzy because there are just so many good vibes to be felt on this cover. It flows seamlessly from beginning to end, with a lot of intricate and uplifting atmospherics filling the gaps in between. I can't help but wonder why no one has attempted to produce such a chilled-out rendition of the original before.
