Apart from the fact that I've got a huge crush on San Cisco's drummer, I'm also quite digging this cover that they did of Daft Punk's "Get Lucky."
We've covered the Aussie-based band a number of times by now, most frequently pointing out the fact that they're mostly teens (are they still?). So, when I saw that their cover of Daft Punk's "Get Lucky" (via Triple J) had hit the front page of Reddit yesterday, I knew quite quickly that there was going to be some magic taking place.
Overall, renditions of this song are dime a dozen. That said, San Cisco have done something unique here: from the bongos to the splicing of another Pharrell song into the mix, the end result passes as a cover I'm willing to share (noting of course that I tend to shy away from live recordings for quality issues).
